yukihiro joined L'arc~en~Ciel's activities when Sakura left. He was supporting drums only ( during the period they sang Niji ) and then he officially joined Laruku afterwards.
it's said that tetsu met yukihiro on the street one day and then tetsu asked yukihiro teach him how to play Evangelion game, and then later asked yukihiro to join Laruku.
hyde knew yukihiro before he joined Laruku, they knew each other from Danger Crue when yukihiro was still in Zi:Kill
The other members said yukihiro's a very cool person, and he always have toothache ^^ ( maybe coz he ate too much chocolate and drank too much pepsi? )
yukihiro usually have very simple answers to Q&A like " i dunno, maybe, yes/no " ^^;; so it really seems like he's a cool person ne, but then when i watched backstages he seem to be having fun with the other members as well, so maybe he's not THAT cool afterwards and he also have his cute and interesting side~~ ^_^ yukihiro seem like he is quite shy too~

in the past, tetsu's got really long hair, and then it's said that he's cut it all suddenly because of some...love..crisis?! but i think tet-chan looks very cute now!

Sempat cuti dan sibuk bersolo karir band Jepang, L'Arc en Ciel sepertinya mantap untuk terus bersama. Album terbaru mereka pun akan dirilis di Indonesia, 26 November.
Sementara itu tanggal 21 November album yang diberi judul 'Kiss' ini sudah beredar di Jepang. Album ini jadi album yang paling dinanti setelah 2 tahun 5 bulan lalu mereka merilis 'Awake'.
"Ini masih L'Arc en Ciel dengan ciri khasnya. Di album 'Kiss' ini permainan sampling dan loop makin dominan. Nuansa rock Jepang-nya kental banget.
Sebagai andalan Hyde (vokal), Tetsu (bass), Ken (gitar) dan Yukihiro (drum) memilih lagu 'My Heart Draws A Dream'.
L'Arc en Ciel telah 2 kali memutuskan untuk cuti sepanjang karir mereka sejak didirikan tahun 1991. Di tahun 2003 mereka kembali dengan menggelar 7 konser besar di Tokyo. Album 'Ready Steady Go' di Februari 2004 memantapkan kembalinya mereka.
Di album ke-12 ini mereka juga menyertakan singel Natal yaitu 'Hurry Xmas'. Album ini boleh dibilang di luar rencana namun L'Arc en Ciel mantap dengan karya mereka.
Selain eksis dengan L'Arc en Ciel, para personelnya membuat gebrakan lewat band P'Unk en Ciel yang beraliran punk. Personelnya masih sama namun serunya mereka bertukar posisi. Hyde memegang gitar, Yuki bermain bass, Ken jadi drummer sementara sang bassis Tetsu malah jadi vokalis. Hingga kini P'unk en Ciel masih eksis.
